Francisco Valverde

Francisco Valverde Biography

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:

Through a mélange of techniques that encompasses dripping and other unique approaches to integrating epoxy resin and mixed media on wood, Francisco Valverde stands as a bold and evocative artist. Inspired by the abstract impressionism of Pollock and the current work of Markus Linnenbrink, he deftly courses thin hued streams, giving life to his thematic focus on the obsessive nature of our daily routines, as contrasted to the freedom experienced as a child reveling in the discovery of art.

What distinguishes Francisco’s approach and body of work is that he is always in a continuous phase of change; a constantly developing and transforming artist. Using new materials, you can see the colors come alive in his art, as a result of his relentless dedication to creating and transmitting the almost childlike excitement he feels when painting for his public.
